At Cleanie, we take pride in paying our cleaning professionals ABOVE the National and London Living Wage. Inspired by the Living Wage Campaign, in April 2016 the government introduced a higher minimum wage rate for all staff over 25 years of age - named 'the National Living Wage.' Controversially, this wage is not calculated according to what employees need to live. Therefore, the real Living Wage rates are higher because they are independently-calculated based on what people need to get by. At Cleanie, we incorporate these factors into the payment of our professional team. Happy employees = excellent services = unbeatable results.
