Are you fully insured?
We have comprehensive insurance cover tailor-made for commercial and residential cleaning contractors. We have public and employers liability insurance for £10,000,000. We also have cover for loss of keys.
What are you hourly rates?
Our rates vary. All contracts or projects are priced according to the service required. Whether it’s an office clean, construction clean or another of our services, there are a number of variables that will impact the final cost and hourly rate. However, we believe ourselves to be very competitive for the of quality and service we provide. Please contact us for further details.
How often do you clean a site?
Our service is tailored entirely to your requirements. We have a very broad range of clients. Some we will attend perhaps once or twice per week. For other larger clients, we may have a daily presence. It all depends on the scope of the project at hand.
Do you supply everything required to complete a project?
This depends on the contract agreed upon. Generally we supply all the labour, equipment and machinery required to fulfil a cleaning project. In regards to materials, we can quote you an ‘inclusive’ or ‘exclusive’ price. Exclusive meaning you would source and purchase the materials yourself. Additionally, we can also supply other consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse sacks, bin liners etc. Additional costs would be invoiced at the end of each calendar month.
Are your staff screened and vetted?
Absolutely. As part of our rigorous recruitment process, following an interview we submit all staff for a DBS check with our partners, Eurocom C.I. We also obtain a previous employer’s references which are scrutinised and follow-up upon in depth.
Do your staff receive training?
Yes. All staff receive comprehensive training. Our site-managers receive supervision training to enable them to manage sites in accordance with Cleanie Ltd guidelines and required standards. Each of our cleaning operatives receives comprehensive in-house and in-situ training in all areas required for them to skilfully perform their duties. All Health and Safety issues and key company policies are covered in their initial training and induction.
